Rebuilding Together (Christmas in April)
Their mission is to preserve and revitalize houses and communities, assuring that low-income homeowners, from the elderly and disabled to families with children, live in warmth, safety, and independence.
Possible repairs include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, glazing, weather-stripping, trash removal, cleaning, and much, much more. All repairs are paid for by monetary donations or in-kind donations from business, foundations, service organizations, clubs, associations and individuals – from neighbors who care – at no cost to the homeowners.
